Even in reliable processes of polymer manufacture and converting, problems can occur and expert troubleshooting is needed to solve the problem in a rapid and efficient way.

We can offer its unique multidisciplinary approach to problem solving; starting from chemical analysis of purity of raw materials and activity of polymerisation catalyst, covering an examination of the chemical engineering principles of the production unit and finally through to an evaluation of the processing conditions and additive package performance. We can propose and, in most cases, supply suitable polymer raw materials, additive and colour concentrates according to customer’s specific needs. The experience of the staff and the analytical and testing facilities of the Institute play an important role here.​
